CALL FOR CONTRIBUTIONS Submit an Abstract Participants who wish to present a contribution (oral or poster) are asked to submit an abstract by April 24, 2008
Abstract should describe concisely the objectives, methods, and results of the work which will be presented. Authors will be notified about acceptance of their contribution within April 30, 2008. The presenting author must be a registered participant Abstracts of all presentation (oral and poster) will be printed in the Proceedings’ Book and made available to all participants upon registration. Abstracts may include Tables, Schemes, Figures and References within the allotted space. To maintain a consistent apppearance, Abstracts should be written in the page format, according to the ABSTRACT FORM provided. Abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts only if the presenting author is registered as participant. Oral Presentations The meeting room will only be equipped with video beam conncected to a laptop computer. Please do remember to use exclusively Power Point for Windows. If a different equipment should be needed, please do not hesitate to inform Idea Congress as promptly as you can. Tables and Figures Tables and figures should be attached to the special link reported in the form and should be sequentially numbered with Arabic numerals in separated series. Tables and figures should be referenced in the text (e.g. Figure 1, Table 1). Table titles should be placed above the table. Captions for figures should be placed below the figure. Figures will be printed in black and white and should be readily interpreted without the use of colour. |
